An Intelligent Mail barcode (IMb) is printed on your mailpiece to help ensure that your mail meets all USPS requirements and that you receive the lowest available postal rates for your mailing.

Manifest Presort Capabilities
Microdynamics labels, sorts and organizes your mail according to precise USPS specifications and submits your mail directly to the USPS through our plant load facility. This approach qualifies your mail for reduced postal rates when each ZIP code has the required volume and density.

Sorting Capabilities
Sorting and commingling services can help you get discounted postage rates, even for smaller mailings that wouldn't have qualified on their own. With over 1.5 million mailpieces processed each day, Microdynamics can help you get the best rates by applying these services to a wide range of mail types, including postcards, letters, flats, international, certified and priority express mail.

Address Correction
Microdynamics can help you minimize postage expense with our USPS-certified software that can apply CASS certification to your address data and identify records with corresponding entries in the National Change Of Address database (NCOALink). These tools ensure that every mailing uses the most accurate and complete address data available.

Address Change Service (ACS)
Address Change Service does not have to be costly or cumbersome. Microdynamics can help you by activating the USPS OneCode ACS (Address Change Service) to provide periodic change-of-address updates to your database, even after the mail has been sent.

Return Mail Service
Undeliverable mail wastes postage and materials and represents a significant portion of your overall mailing costs. When you use our Return Mail Service, Microdynamics can process your undeliverable mail by scanning the address updates – and the reasons for return – and sending this information to you to help keep your address data clean.
