Microdynamics Group Acquires Assets of LaserTech of Madison, Inc.

Naperville, Illinois (April 11, 2008) – Microdynamics Group, a leading provider of printed and electronic billing solutions with headquarters located in Naperville, Illinois, has announced today that it has entered into an asset purchase agreement with LaserTech of Madison, Inc., located in Madison, Wisconsin.

In January, 2008, Microdynamics Group acquired MetroGroup Transaction Services (formerly Proficient Data) which had operations in both Glendale Heights, Illinois and Seward, Nebraska.  The Seward facility’s activity is in the process of being migrated into the Glendale Heights and Naperville facilities and additionally the newly acquired Milwaukee, Wisconsin plant.

Microdynamics Group is a privately held, profitable company that was founded over thirty years ago by the same management team that runs the company today.
