Testing:
Annual TestingOne of the most important aspects of a complete disaster recovery plan is testing. The industry standard is to perform DR testing at least annually. This process is critical to a successfull recovery.
Proof of Concept (POC)Ensure your critical applications can be completed to your satisfaction prior to signing an agreement.
Service Level Agreement (SLA) ReliefWhen volumes peak, or a piece of equipment goes down and meeting your SLA is in jeopardy, send your overflow to MDG and let the experts meet your mail dates for you. This process also acts as a DR “test” and shows internal auditors how your plan works!
