Intelligent Mail Barcode (IMb)
Our IMb system ensures that your mail meets all postal requirements and that you receive the lowest available postal rates. It can also help you track mail at the piece level to ensure timely delivery.

Piece-Level Tracking
For critical mail, an electronic Piece Identification Number (ePIN) created by Microdynamics can be used with the USPS Confirm Service to track both outbound and inbound mail. Using ePIN in conjunction with the USPS Confirm Service allows Microdynamics to receive tracking information from the USPS about each mailpiece and its corresponding flow through the Postal system. Upon request, Microdynamics can provide mailpiece status that includes tracking and delivery information for a specific mailpiece. This invaluable tool set can help your client services team track mail and respond to potential problems quickly and effectively.
